Website forms ask for your name, email and request details. Additional account identifiers are requested on the deletion form. Do not submit passwords, OTPs, payment details or identity-document copies.
4. Retention and deletion
The approved retention periods for account information, location history, emergency recordings, support email, backups and records that must be retained are pending confirmation. This draft does not promise immediate or complete erasure.
You can request account deletion. The team will need to verify ownership before acting and explain the scope of deletion and any retained records.
