1. Service operator

2. What the service is designed to do
PUKAAR provides safety features described on this website: SOS, Safe Arrival, Exit Call and an Emergency Card. Feature availability depends on the released app, supported devices, permissions, network connectivity and relevant third-party services.
Sending an alert does not guarantee that a trusted contact or emergency service will receive it, respond, or arrive within a particular time. PUKAAR should not be represented as a guaranteed emergency response service.
3. Responsible use
Keep account and emergency contact details accurate. Obtain appropriate permission before adding another person’s information. Do not use the service to send false alerts, harass others, impersonate another person, or gain unauthorized access to information.
Never share a password or OTP through the website forms. Requests submitted for another person must identify the relationship and may require further authorization checks.
4. Plans, billing and refunds
The homepage currently displays the supplied launch offer of ₹1,999 per year against ₹2,999 per year. The company must confirm taxes, offer validity, renewal behavior, cancellation steps and refund conditions before accepting purchases under these terms.
This website draft does not process payments.
5. Account deletion
The deletion form sends a request to the support team. It does not immediately delete an account or cancel an app-store subscription. Ownership verification and the actual deletion workflow must be completed by the service operator.
6. Privacy and third-party services
Review the Privacy Policy and Data Safety summary. These drafts must be aligned with the app’s actual operation before publication.
7. Final legal provisions
